It is the camaraderie of the game that is to be enjoyed most…
Hank Vereschzagin, a Sacramento native and Christian Brothers High School alum, grew up around sports. He earned varsity letters at Christian Brothers and earned a scholarship to pitch at the Division I level for Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. Besides other sports, one of his greatest passions was and is golf. He learned how to play the game at Lindale, Bing Maloney, Haggin Oaks and William Land golf courses.
Currently carrying a plus handicap, Hank is in the beginning stages of PGA membership. Every year he enters the U.S. Open qualifying tournament with the hopes of one day reaching the final venue.
He is currently the General Manager at William Land Golf Course. He will coach the junior programs as well as offer individual and group lessons at the facility. He believes in teaching the core fundamentals and utilizing a player’s feel over technical jargon to achieve long-lasting results.
People remember the fun they have on the course with their friends. It is the camaraderie of the game that Hank enjoys most and he looks forward to creating that environment with all of his guests.
